Register for Self Service password reset.

In order to use the password reset functionality, you must register in Office 365 by providing a few security questions to ensure that your account is only accessed by you.  Please note that this service is not available for Plant accounts which sign in automatically.

Register Now

Process

1. Click Register Now
2. You will be redirected to a log on page and you may be signed in automatically.
3. You should now reach a page that has a button for "re-enter my password"  Click this button
   
4. If prompted re-enter your username.  This is the username you use to logon to your computer followed by @clasen.us
   • username@clasen.us
5. If prompted for a work or personal account, choose Work or school account.
   
6. Enter your password, then click Sign in
   1. If you are setup for Multi-Factor authentication, you will be prompted for your code.  Enter this, then click Verify
7. You will be prompted to setup several security questions so it can be verified that you are the owner of your account.  Click Set them up now to continue.
   
8. When finished click save answers.
9. Click Finish to confirm
   
10. Congratulations, you will now be able to reset your password if you forget it.
